Privacy Policy

Effective August 9, 2026

This policy describes how Late Summer Labs, LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal information across latesummer.io and our products, including Plot Twist (plottwist.fm).

This site

latesummer.io is a static informational site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects no personal information.

What we collect in our products

Account information — email address and sign-in credentials when you create an account.
Learning data — your progress through a course, so the product can pick up where you left off.
Payment information — handled by our payment provider, Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we receive only what we need to manage your subscription (such as its status and the last four digits of the card).
Feedback — anything you send us through in-product feedback tools or by email.

How we use it

To provide and improve the products, manage subscriptions, respond to you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting and databases on Google Firebase, payments on Stripe), each bound by their own privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. Email hey@latesummer.io to request a copy of your data or its deletion, and we will act on the request within 30 days, subject to records we must keep by law (such as tax records of purchases).

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
